Our Purpose is to Get People to A Better Place

At Paragon Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, we facilitate and stabilize housing and treatment solutions that prioritize individualized care and community-based interaction.

We are truly invested in getting people to a better place in every way possible. Our outcome-driven programming and support is geared to address living,

working and social functioning so that individuals may tap into their strengths, rehabilitate, and experience a bright future.

In addition to providing wraparound support for clients, we are also passionate about supporting Social Workers, Placement Coordinators, Hospital Staff and Families. We know that when we come together as a team, the entire community gets better.

MISSION:

To stabilize, promote, and improve the wellness and quality of life for human beings coping with mental health disorders through focused, community-based interaction and individualized care.

Healing: Improving health doesn’t happen alone in a vacuum. It takes a multi-faceted, evidence-based, community-driven, support-rich approach.

Excellence: We strive to maintain excellence every day, at every step, in every interaction. Excellent outcomes happen when excellence is everywhere.

Opportunity: Our involvement creates and fosters opportunity for those we serve — and we believe that opportunity is one of the most powerful forces in life.

People: Compassionate and caring humans that make the world go around and make it better for one another. At Paragon PRP, we take this responsibility very seriously.
