As we look back on this past year, I want to take a moment to share my gratitude to our staff, who consistently provide the highest level of service they can to all of the people we serve. Our focus always remains on those we help and we incorporate our mission into everything we do.
It is because of this that we are able to look back on the last year as a success in many ways. We are proud of being able to serve more people in need, adding new staff and providing them with opportunities to fulfill personal goals of service, and have successful outcomes when surveyed and audited by our Accreditation and licensure bodies.
We look for more of the same to occur in 2026 and invite you to consider Paragon as a resource for the provision of services, as a place of employment, and as a stable community connection.

In addition to providing wraparound support for clients, we are also passionate about supporting Social Workers, Placement Coordinators, Hospital Staff, and Families. We know that when we come together as a team, the entire community gets better.
